Add System32 to PowerShell

Unlike $env:windir for C:\Windows, PowerShell is not automatically programmed with C:\Windows\System32 as a environment path variable. For future use can define this variable yourself. Start PowerShell as an admin and enter:

> [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("Sys32", "C:\Windows\System32", "Machine")

Now restart PowerShell and query $env:Sys32. You should get C:\Windows\system32

> $env:Sys32
C:\Windows\System32
